As an organisation we believe in making our sites accessible to the widest audience by providing multi layered interpretation and using different ways to present information – including printed labels, leaflets, books, audio guides, hands on activities and computer based information and activities.

Dear Linda,
I have read with interest your comments on the Eldred Lancelot Lee family portrait. You have commented on each of the children except Mattilda. Am I right in assuming the she is the child sitting at the bottom of the portrait holding the flowers?
Could you contact me at anthony.durrant@virgin.net

I was very interested to learn of your group. I have recently completed the production of several media projects for disabled museum visitors. The most recent project was a video on the history of mining. The museum's mine exhibit is not wheelchair accessible, has uneven floorboards and is dimly lit. Thus, the video provides an opportunity for visitors with mobility or visual handicaps to experience the exhibit in a video format while they are at the museum. The video is subtitled for those who have hearing handicaps. A similar project was an audio tour that was scripted specifically serve visually handicapped visitors.
I have recently relocated to London and am exploring ways I may be able to help other institutions with the creation of media that serves the needs of the disabled. How would I best be able to learn about your current and future projects?
