I am interested in the promotion and use of contemporary art in museums today. I'd like this group to become a platform where creative people could discuss their ideas with museum staff on many levels, people who visit museums and artists out there.

There are many different types of museums in the world for a diverse range of collections. Some are very small, very selective and minimal in their content, others are of National status as we know with great historic value, but let's not forget about the weird and wonderful; the bizarre and different where are they?

Artist can add value to Museums with exhibitions that assist the public to have a further understanding of how collections can be seen and interpreted. Art Education material, projects and workshops associated with such shows bring much pleasure to the public and encourage more to visit.

I have experience in the UK and overseas in such ventures and would like to meet others who have similar related interests or suggestions.
